Festival Hours:

Saturday, 10:00AM to 7:00PM (Vendors are only required to stay open until 5:00PM but are encouraged to stay open until 7:00PM .)

Sunday,   10:00AM to 4:00PM

  Official Exhibitor and Vendor Rules 

 

This is an outdoor event.  No refunds for bad weather.  

  1. Food vendor spaces: $50 for 10’ x 20’ long space for 2 days.  

  2. Artisans and exhibitor spaces are $35 for  10’ x 10’ space for 2 days.  A limited number of covered spaces are available for $50.  Booths may be shared by one other vendor, for an additional $10. All products must be the handcrafted work of the exhibitor/s. Please submit photo of product. Preference will be given to art work using gourds and other natural materials, fine art, primitive art/craft techniques and crafts using natural materials. NO imported or manufactured goods will be accepted. Entry Deadline is Aug. 1, 2007.

  3. Entry fee for chili cook-off is $25 if submitted before Wednesday, Oct. 3. Entry fee after that date will be $30.  $200 cash prize and trophy will be awarded to first place. Entry forms must be submitted by Friday, Oct. 5. Please see contest rules for more details.

  4. Entry fee for Horseshoe Tournament is $10 if submitted by Wed., Oct 3. Entry fee after that date is $15.  Cash prizes will total 70% of the contest proceeds and winner will receive a trophy. See contest rules for details. Entry deadline is 10:00AM, Saturday, Oct 6. Please see contest rules for more details.

  5. Entry fee for Nugget Shooting Derby is $35 per person if submitted before Wed., Oct. 3 Entry fee after that date will be $40. Prizes will be gold nuggets and silver coins. Grand Prize will include a trophy and gold nugget. See contest rules for details. Entry deadline is Saturday, Oct. 6. Please see contest rules for more details.

  6. Entry fee for the Great Coyote Melon Art Contest is $1 per entry. Entries must be submitted by noon on Saturday,  Oct. 6. Ribbons will be awarded. Please see contest rules for more details.    

  7. Entry fee for Coyote Melon Launching Contest is $10 if submitted by Wed, Oct. 3. Entry fee after that date will be $15.Entry deadline is Sunday, Oct. 8. Please see contest rules for more details.  

  8. Exhibitors' booths must be set up and ready to go before opening of Festival. Spaces not occupied by  9:00AM Saturday will be forfeited, with no refund. Vehicles must be removed from Festival area before 9:00AM Saturday.

  9. All vendors and exhibitors are required to remain open until closing hours both days.  Early take -down will result in exclusion from future events.

  10. Vendors must provide their own booth frames/shelters and furnishings.

  11. All food booths are required to have fire extinguishers, Health permits and proof of insurance.

  12. Electricity is extremely limited. Access requires prior arrangement. 

  13. Vendors are responsible for their own tax liabilities. All vendors must have valid AZ State  Resale License.

  14. The sponsors of this event will not be liable for any event or contract failures whatsoever caused by weather, natural causes, acts of God, or any other conditions beyond the control of the sponsors, etc.
