Return/Exchange Policy
Drums:
Mojave Drums are created to be used, which means you can beat them to your hearts content. We have tested all of the drums for weaknesses and your drum should provide you with many, many years of enjoyment. This doesn't mean that it won't break if your two-year old grabs it and beats it against the wall. We will gladly replace a drum that is broken during shipping. For all other issues, please contact us at the address listed above. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Camps & Retreats:
Reservations require a 50% deposit, including a $25 non-refundable materials prep fee. Balance is due 2 week prior to start of event. Remaining deposits and payments are fully refundable until two weeks prior to event start date, after which there is a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made less that ten days before event.
Workshops:
Workshop fees are refundable up until 7 days prior to start date, after which there is a $25 non-refundable materials prep fee.
